Who is Roland Beaver of Old Corps Weaponry, and was He any good at building guns?

Why do you say it using past tense? He was a USMC Armorer back when the M1 was still the issue weapon. From what I've seen can build one sweet rifle.

I have shot a few Roland Beaver M1 Garand Tankers.
In 308 and 30/06.

They are VERY GOOD guns.
As good as any custom Garand or M1A Match rifle I have ever fired.

I have a NM garand he did for me in 308,workmanship is first notch all the way.Not to mention its one shootin Mutha.Cant go wrong with a build by Roland.
