I've never got better than about 5 MOA with any SKS or AK I've owned. Owned two real Russian SKS's in the 90's, a Yugo SKS, and currently have a Norinco MAK-90. M1A is good for 2-2.5 MOA for me.

Badger

Why would you get a 69 dodge charger and install a yugo motor in it?

Well we had 03 training rifles in .22. Why not an M-14 training rifle in 7.62x39.
I would love to have one to go along with my other Russian short rifles.

Thanks from 4570govt

Interesting! I'd like to see what it does in the field. I wouldn't poo-poo the cartridge and I wouldn't pay what they want for a Mini-30 these days.

This guy is good, and it is a plain old Romanian AK and "cheap Wolf ammo", but I do not want to get within 300 yards of him.

Just get an AK if you want to burn x39 ammo...assuming that you do not already have one...

Thanks from CharlieLima

It doesn't sound right and that "M305A" doesn't look right.
It looks like an illustration from a pamphlet printed to ban self loading battle rifles.
Perhaps an SL-7 in a 6.5mm.ish to 7mm cartridge would be the ticket if this would be a new niche.

Do a search. It appears to be a real item and available in Canada or at least available to order @ $800.00 plus Canadian. Clinton banned Chinese firearm imports here in the U.S. I didn't have my heart set on one anyway.

Now on the other hand, if I had an 03A3 in 7.62 x 39 I'd shoot it a whole lot more than my 0 sixers...just sayin...

I bet it would be a lot more accurate than out of commie-block autoloader.

I already own a Ruger Mini-30, but would still love to have one of these:

Not my cup of tea either.

Did anybody else notice how rough the finish was on that rifle?
