Range report, Scout Squad in Sage chassis. It was a good day.

This was my first time shooting my recent purchased Scout Squad in a Sage chassis, Fulton Armory national match trigger modification, Fortis muzzle brake and Vortex PST FFP 4-16x50.

After getting some good info in the Accuracy pages I just started with

41.5gr of H4895,
168 amax,
BR2 primer
Federal brass.
COAL 2.8"
crimped

Did not chrono today.

After zeroing I was able to get some good groups at 100 yards. And a crazy flyer. I was hoping for 3 moa to start especially since there was no load development. After reading other people's range reports about the Scout's accuracy I was ultimately hoping for a consistent 2 moa after development.

Turns out I picked a pretty good starting point.
Refer to the pictures.

I had two groups of 3/4" and a group the started well with the first two holes touching and then the third went way left buy inches. Could have been me...... Who knows.

Looks like I'm sticking with the load. Not even going to try to tweak it and screw anything up.

Thanks everyone for your input!

Thanks from SGT John SWF and Dougboffl

Although my M1A Loaded is standard length...I love the Scouts. I can see one in my future. Nice looking weapon partner! Well done!
