Some mfg.'s are reluctant to reveal their source for barrels, but a call to SAI may be way to know?? Would also think that if designed for NM/match purposes the barrel profile would be of either medium weight or true heavy barrels, not GI profile?? NM barrels are not chrome lined as a rule, but seems like some mfg.'s like to stamp
NM on almost any parts to peak the buyers desire to purchase. Some very fine independent builders of M1A/M14's produce rifles w/ super performance and there are little if any NM stamped on them other than perhaps the rear/front sight. In any case you have a very fine collection of M1A's.
Just went to check on the barrel diameter on several of the rifles & I found these (2) rifles have a standard profile. As for the chrome lining, well one is either bare steel or it's chrome lined (I believe chrome, but it sits in a very light grease or light thickened oil layer) but the other needs to be cleaned up for storage so I'll see if it is (may not be chromed, will see after a good cleaning). As I said, these rifles are "unfired" & do not look to be tampered with.
