Looks Great!

Thanks for posting this.

Your setup is nearly identical to the direction I have taken with mine, so you have definately inspired me to continue and see it through till it's done.

You should post a range report...

I luv the S&B... I have 2, a 1.1 - 4X and a 1.5 -6X. You have those EAW rings, which are top of the line also. Outstanding setup!

Where did you get the rings? I have a few sets of the EAW swing mounts on my hunting rifles, but I bought them in Germany.

OK..my idiot Question!! I see you are from Denmark!! I luv Copenhagen, used to be my monthly hangout back in the 80s. I also traveled a lot to Bornholm...

Awards Showcase

Nice rifle, but why did you opt to mount the scope so high?

It was Dueodde... there is a particular lighthouse in the area that was of interest to me... But the beach there was also significant, the ladies seemed not to wear so much...

He means that;

The scope rings you are using raise the scope up above the rifle too much. You could lower the scope down closer to the rifle a lot with a different set of rings.

Always best to mount the scope as low as possible.

I think you could get by with Badger Ordnance standard height rings with that scope and Sadlak mount.
