Do any vendors sell new usgi gas cylinders? What do they cost when available? Thanks...

You will find them from time to time in the PX. Post a want to buy post and see if anybody has one to sell. SEI has new mil spec ones for sale and they are top notch as well.

I have picked up a bunch from Claude at RA parts. Nice gentleman to deal with. I have found, with all parts, if he doesen't have it , it ain't available.

LRB sells their version of a USGI gas tube assembly and even uses it on the rifles they build. I bought an M-14 parts kit from them and the kit contained one of their units. I used it in a build and it works just fine with no issues.
