First, the tax payers should have a chance to buy them back.
Or.........
They could sell War Bonds.
$100.00 in bonds gets you a box full spare parts and mags. for M16/M14/ect;
$200.00-$500.00 Graded handgun
$700.00-$1,000.00 shoulder fired rifle
$1,000.00 and up ??????????

First video didn't bother me. After all it isn't mine. However that last link I knew what it had to be and I couldn't bring myself to look knowing why they were there. Now that would make me cry.
