Haven't had them build a rifle for me, but have ordered parts/stuff/ammo (they used to have screaming deals on Hornady Steel Match) more than several times, but probably less than 10.

They've answered e-mail questions, and given me phone time, and one of the guys who builds (whatever that title is), was helpful selecting scope rings that they didn't have in stock, and weren't trying to sell me on a back order.

They're not Amazon, but I never had an extraordinary wait. I'm sure they screw up once in awhile, just like I do, but the impression I get, so far, is that they're honest people, looking to please, with minimal baloney content.

If I did have a problem, I'd certainly make every reasonable effort to let them address it. I'm glad the OP got his order sorted.

I emailed them a question about one of their rifles I had bought on the secondary market. It took them around one week to respond. I was fine with that as I'm sure they are busy and I was not even a direct customer.

BTW, their response was overly helpful and detailed. Considering that and how nice my rifle (M-14 National Match) looks and shoots, I'd do business with them.

Parts delivery is splendid.
for one of their rifles expect at least a 50% longer wait then advertised.
The T-26 they built me is incredible.

Thanks from The Cat

I have all good to say about FA and have dealt with them years before I had a computer
Any phone conversation with them has been courteous and positive
My last order was a rear lugged receiver , that was sitting at my FFL in 4 days
I paired that up with a gen 2 bolt ordered a week later I gave the duo a light test and I think it will lap for contact rather quickly
It will be a couple of weeks before I can fund a barrel and lap for contact

I will continue to buy from them

I'll also add that I have only good things to say about Fulton. Phone calls are definitely far better than email though, especially if there's confusion about something. I just had them swap a barrel for me and was amazed at how fast their turnaround time was. Based on their website I was expecting a month or two but was pleasantly surprised when the work was finished in a few days. They've always been prompt with parts orders as well.

Thanks from CharlieLima

I love FA!

Their terrible review of one Lithgow Garand receiver got me an awesome price on a rifle built on one. Probably saved me $300 on it, and after a trip to Shuff's, I have a beautiful rifle.

Keep up the great work.

But have picked up stuff from them, and never had an issue. Their rifles are a little too far out of my price range, though.

Yep, they got problems.

On the other hand, so does S. A., maybe worse. Still, neither is as bad as buying gun show junk.

Some of the best shot-to-sh*t rifles in the world are bought with hard cash at gun shows.

Perfectly legal in a CMP EIC, aka leg match. I know you were thinking about a JCG match, I'm just in a snarky mood.
