Maybe send up a pic or draw us one before we start spending your $$$. It's not what the prob is or what part you need, if any.

That part seems hard to find. I'll be heading to Camp Perry soon and I'll see what I can find on "Commercial Row". If I can find one, I'll pick it up for you.

Thanks from Gus Fisher

Sounds like you have it handled. I just sold a DRC IHC windage knob and picked up a complete IHC rear sight for my project weapon. At any rate I was going to say, "Google."
I have managed to find some stuff. Orion 7, Ebay has allot of parts.

Gents, thanks for the offers, but I have enough NM knobs to last me a little longer and have no pressing need for them right now. I'm primarilly interested in finding out who (if anyone) is making new ones with the finer 1/2 minute threads AND selling them separately. I know SEI is making the entire NM Rear Sight parts, but they are not selling the knobs separately.

aloreman - I and far too many people have ordered Garand and M14 parts from Sarco over the years and way too many times found the parts to be worn out junk or extremely pitted that no one wanted them. The only way I would ever try to buy something from them again would be if I could walk in their store and personally inspect the parts I wanted to buy.

Thanks from budster

I understand that and there customer service blows. However i have there nm sight on my 308 garand and its new production from god knows where but it is half min and it does work great. Sarco takes 3 weeks to ship me anything a im only 90 miles away. Call on the phone and there rude. But they do have new sights

Yep, you have DEFINITELY dealt with them before. Grin. I'm glad it worked out for you in this case, though.
