Garand Gunsmith Suggestions wanted

I will be proceeding with a Grand rifle build with a new stock and barrel, utilizing a GI Springfield receiver. Who would you recommend and why as a reliable gunsmith for an accurate rifle? The names Roland Beaver, Clint Fowler and West Texas Armory seem to pop up. Thanks.

I guess this thread is "old" but it's still on the first page of the Garand forum so I'll chime in.

WTA did some M1A work for me a few years ago and I'm pleased. However, my understanding is that Dan has folded up shop for the time being.

Clint Fowler has definately retired from 'smithing, but is selling his book on how to DIY.
