1945 Marlin 36

Hi Folks, thought I'd share a pic of my 36C. This is my Dad's old deer rifle that was left to me when he passed.

It is a "C" serial 5xx rifle that shows to be of 1945 production. As it has no real collector value, I had it restored a while back and it sure turned out beautiful. I have a hard time on the range with it as I seems to be hard to zero, at least for me, with the stock iron sights, but it is still fun to shoot.

1936....

picked up a 1936 ( made for 2 years...same as yours but with case receiver)..will grout 3 inch with factory ammo 100yds. Quality rifle.
