Triggers

Good afternoon gents. If this has been covered already I apologize, but I didn't see any mention. So has anyone seen the new Military Chanel show Triggers? It's basically a copy of the History Channel's Lock and Loaded with a Ranger/PJ operator as a host. I really want to like it but the guy is a tool and the editing, writing, and production is no way as near as good as the Gunny's old show.

Anyway, I still DVR the show as they have shown a lot of good weapons: BAR's, Thompsons, and M1's to name a few. I just watched the episode titled AK47 and wow, how did they screw this up so bad? At one point the show compares a M14 to the AK-47, when the M14 is rendered digitally a FN FAL is shown! This happens twice!

Than an ex operator is shown using a M1A SOCOM which "they" call a M14 with a scope mounted way upfront on the rail.

There was great eye candy, nice mild AKs and a for real M14 with the fun switch intact, but wow.

Thanks from Gray Mane

watched it tonight, entertaining program. I also spotted an m14 in an earlier show that showed improvised weapons. They had some footage from Vietnam, a very breif appearance.
In the one about the AK it demonstrated the 14's obvious superiority. I like that.
