it's burt reynolds birthday weekend on the encore channel & smokey & the bandit just came on. i just realized why they don't make movies like this anymore- there are no more ACTORS like these left to make the movies with. i dunno, just down i 'spose. my wife & i went to the show tonight & we got $4.00 off 'cause we were seniors! whodda thought? on another down note my buds 13 year old son (only kid) got killed a few months ago helping his grand dad pull up fence posts with a bull dozier blade. the kid's fav movie of all time was smokey & the bandit. they had his movies, his piks of him with the trans am at the museum & him getting a signed photo from burt reynolds on his coffin. the movie tonight made me think of that. that boy ain't never going to be the same after that kid got killed. any way i'm sure that kid would want all of us to watch smokey & the bandit tonight & laugh with him!

I think this was the part Art was asking about, I still laugh when I think of it... especially that his feet go flying over his head on the other side of the billboard, hysterical!

The movie "Home Alone" when the spider lands on Daniel Stern's (Marv) face and he lets out the scream.

Cracks me up every time!

This scene from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels has always been pretty high on my list.

Two men are racing each other to see who can con $50,000 out of their target first.
