It hasn't shipped to me yet.
It was a toss up between the loaded and a TRP.
But I got a pretty good deal on a SA loaded package in stainless for $625. So I took the less expensive option. Now I need to load up on some .45 which I don't have.

Thanks from Snyper762

Is that a new pistol price? Good deal either way. Buy a lot of 230 ball and shoot it. If it hiccups, don't panic mags are very important in a 1911. Some of them just suck. Get a few boxes of hollows test for reliability and you're good! Glad you pulled the trigger on one you want regret it!

SG has 1000 rounds of ball 45 for under $300 with shipping. Blaser brass that's pretty good ammo for that price I shoot a lot of it n all my pistols. Also they have SB on sale from time to time for cheaper, it shoot good as well.

Wilson combat mags are very good. 1911 mags are like any they need a good spring and follower. Just like your other mags might not hurt to number them that may help you keep up with which ones you want to trust your life with and which ones to leave in the range bag.

The loaded is a solid buy. I picked up an older one this weekend.

Not too get get to off subject, but I got a SA 1911 the other day in a trade. It has fresh cerakote on it. It doesn't want to lock the slide back as it should. It's not the mags, should I just shoot it and break it in, or replace the slide stop?
