Those Python does not worth as much as they used to, probably around $2500 - $2800, that is including California premium (all guns are more expensive in CA). But last week when I was at the Phoenix gun show, I saw similar Pythons at the show, they were only asking $1900 (80% grade) -$2200 (90% grade), both without factory box.

Every time I see a colt double action revolver I kick my own self in the ass. I saw a anaconda dipped in camo from the factory with matching scope and rings at a gunshow about 12 years ago for $1000 still in the box. I walked away, what a dumbass!

I have 2 matching 4inch SW model 29-2s my dad and his dad bought them around the time I was born. I have them both. I would use them before I gave them up! One has been shot a lot the other only has one cylinder full through it. My grandad died when I was 6 weeks old, he told my granny to hold it for me until I could handle it. I also have so e family shotguns that I will never give up. Some nice Brownings a5s some Sears Roebuck pumps.

3gunnah that is a sweet pistol, I agree that irons are better than a scope on a pistol. Parallax with a rifle is one thing but with A pistol it is a pita! Sell that scope worst case put a red dot on it they are manageable.

Thanks from 3Gunnah

3" S&W 586 L-Comp 7 shot Talo edition

Here's one of my favorite revolvers I use for my winter CCW. It's a 3" S&W 586 L-Comp 7 shot Talo edition. The Performance Center trigger job is really nice. I usually shoot 38 special +P (the old FBI round) out of it, but it also takes a healthy amount of 125 gr. .357 out of it too. I switch out the grips to some old magma wooden grips and added a T grip and that made it feel 1000 times better in my hand than the boot grips that came with it.

Top break fiend

Well here's the rest of the family. As you can see, I have a soft spot for those old cowboy break tops. The L-Comp still looks at home with them though
