Me and my RO were goofin' off. And I don't want to hear any complaints about SAI's being less accurate, I took down two plates with one shot! watch! |

Yesterdays 1-second stage at our Rimfire Challenge match.
The goal is to put two rounds on each rectangle then one on the circle in less than a second. 7 yards away. Got a few penalties on the first ones but the last run is GOLD. Harder than it looks. |

Took my S&W 686 to a match for the first time. Revolver in USPSA is TOUGH! It takes the whole chance of winning out of the game but it's some of the most fun I've had in USPSA to date. |

I go to matches just about every weekend so I'll be updating this every so often. I got a picatinny rail mount for the camera so I'll probably do a few rifle videos too.
That's how I got the POV in the revolver video. Mounted a rail to the bill of my hat. It's almost looking down the sights.

Best and worst stages today.
Hit a no-shoot, 3 mikes, and a procedural. Forgot a target completely. ALMOST broke the 180 as well. We DQ'd two people today. Got swept with a loaded gun, finger on the trigger, while he was on the move in a stage. Inches from my chest. Scared the living shit out of me.
Forgot to turn the camera on when I ran this stage (I'm glad I didn't, it was horrible). So I had my buddy wear the Camera. Had to start facing uprange, pull the pin in the grenade, and drop it in the bucket. Procedural for missing the bucket. I made this stage.
And no, i'm not wearing nail polish.

Here's a weird one from today.
Start outside the saloon, and run inside to the back where your hostage is being prepped for execution. Run in and take care of the kidnappers, then "retrieve" the hostage. By "retrieve", I mean fold him up, stuff him under your arm, bite him, or stick him in your pants. Then make your way back out of the saloon killing his kidnappers pissed off friends on the way out. |

Here's the results from the last match. Started on stage 2 and won the stage. (the video above with 4 poppers, 4 paper and the stop plate) then went on to stage three. That was just the same targets from the rimfire challenge stage earlier posted, spread 7 yards apart and 12 yards away. Instead of 8inches apart and 7 yards away. Didn't record it. Fell on my ass from there but I whooped a couple Master Open shooters on the first two! Proud of myself.... Not bad for only having 8 rounds of .45 side by side with a D-bag wielding an STI doublestack packed to the rim with 28 rounds of .38 super, a compensator, and a red dot.

Had a little carbine match today. We had about 20sum shooters there (all with AR's)and the rest was me with the SS Loaded and my buddy with a Garand. We were both in the top 10.
We conjoined USPSA and High Power at this makeshift match. Kneeling, behind barrels at 100 yard NRA targets, then prone at 200 yard on a firing line. Also had to run through the saloon and a side bet. Had two rounds to hit a 300yd 15" steel gong offhand. Me and the guy with the Garand were the only ones to hit it. Ha. Here's one stage. Had 10 rounds to hit the 8 pepper poppers behind cover.
Oh, and on the paper stages, I had all my hits! Sure, they weren't all X's, but I felt proud of myself. |

Had a little fun after the match. Was creeping out the guys up eating lunch on the other side of the range. They came down whispering, "what's going on? gun problems?"
Need to try it out with some 20 rounders, ha. |

Yesterdays match. Haven't shot the Green Machine in a while so I decided to clean off the dust and give her a workout. |
