Great work, this thread just proved that "they" had the potential to put out a top quality but their lack of caring or experience ruined what could've been another option for us. We are blessed that JRA/Bula has stepped up.

Changed set up to take advantage of power feed to cut windage deck, 30 degree bevel,back of ears and back of clip guide dovetail.

Profiling the heel top using rotary table and fixture.
I used a small boring bar with tool set to 5/8 radius to blend forward radius .lot less tool pressure than 1 1/4 ball endmill that was originally used.

Must be nice to be able to stamp what ever you want on one, I believe I would stamp my name in it if it were me.
