Bolt Binding?SOLVED!

I am currently work on a H&R build on a SAI receiver. The bolt is binding ever so slightly behind the left bolt lug on the side of the bolt. Is it safe to remove material from the side of the bolt? Am i better off using a different bolt? I have good contact on the rear of the lugs. I have other bolts that do not bind however I am trying to use a H&R bolt since it's an H&R build. I appreciate any advice.

I don't understand what you are trying to get across. Is it possible the left bolt lug is actually binding on the outer left curved surface of the left bolt lug against the receiver?

Just aft of the left bolt lug the bolt binds ever so slightly on the curved surface as it rotates in and out of battery. I'm not sure how to describe it any better. I can try and snap a couple of pics when I get home this evening. The sides of the H&R bolt seem to be sharper and less round than a TRW and Winchester bolt I have. They both rotate in and out of battery fine with zero binding. Thank you for your time.

Well I feel dumb. I'm glad I looked at this with fresh eyes today before trying to work the bolt over. It was the back of the firing pin that was catching on the firing pin bridge. I swapped firing pins and no more problem. I have no idea how I overlooked it last night. It wasn't until I was putting things back together and performing the tilt test I noticed the binding.
