While I do understand the need to go to states that hold the same values as you do, its only going to kill the next generation of gun owners and sportsman in general.
I'm all for "don't give up the ship" but places like NY and CA, the ship is already at the bottom. When the R's went along with the safe act, NY was done for. Fight when you can but when you are outvoted by NYC and even your own representatives sell you out, it's time to go.

WWU is an extremely liberal college. Has had a liberal bent since the 60's when they allowed NVA flags to be flown.

But what major university isn't liberal these days? My grandson is a senior at WSU but he works for his tuition.

Very few universities are not liberal. WWU is probably not quite Berserkely.

And now the latest from the legislative watch:
Washington State Only

Gun votes in Judiciary Committee Update:
So Called "Assault Weapons" Ban Dead
So Called "Assault Weapons" Licensing Dead
So called "Safe Storage" Passed Along Party Lines...Doesn't have the votes as of right now to pass off the House Floor.
I-594 Fix Bill Passed without my amendment to protect veteran funerals. The Chair said it was "out of order" even though it was further defining language already in the bill.

Looks to be dead for now... there are even worse by far bills being introduced. In fact one calls for registering gun OWNERS as well as their guns! Honestly, when I read crap like this I just about lose my marbles! Who the hell do these clowns think they are? Fortunately as I mentioned earlier such foolishness would never pass muster on state or federal levels. In the meantime I would expect shooters to ignore such folly while the courts sort it out, even if it did pass which is highly unlikely given that the bills we are talking about here failed, and they are much less restrictive attempts. Idiots!

Awards Showcase

I've been fighting this crap for 25 + years here.
Kalifornia is now in a situation where we are outnumbered by (D)s by a double digit margin. There is no recovering from that, no going back to the '80s here, this state has been lost for a long time and can never go back to liberty ever again. The only way moving forward is for as many of us to regroup in already strong red states and bolster the count of (R)s, conservatives, pro 2A voters, etc., that the Left could never be successful there.

I think we need the electoral college system not only for the Presidency but for all state elections as well! Its like taxes. When people can vote to raise other peoples taxes, with no impact on themselves, its hardly fair, but that is what goes on. People that don't own property should not be able to vote to raise other peoples property taxes, thru school levies etc.
Funny how the 5 corridor is synonymous with Dems and Drugs. Coincidence? I grew up in SW WA and remember the great Cali migration of the early 80's. They were crawling out of their skin!

Just wait, they will introduce the same thing next year and the year after that...if there's one thing I can tell you about these people it's that they never ever stop.

We also have additional issues with our AG whom grandstands on every issue he can and plays to the hard left. Never met a TV camera he didn't like. He has preordained himself as our next governor. Our current governor Has aspirations of being the next President of the US.

Hard to imagine a President Jay Inslee! Would almost prefer Her Highness Hillary!

The tactic is to simply "wear down" the gun owners. An individual can become so consumed in the "politics" that have nothing to do with a weapon that eventually all of the sheep that surround you will be lining up for slaughter. When you attempt to make "The 2nd Amendment" a major issue in the next election, the liberals / gun grabbers will undermine, distract and attempt to refocus the issues.

Sure, you can get out and lobby your elected officials... but those in office are already ingrained in the system. Your best shot is to support a Second amendment candidate in the next election... However, once in office, it will be up to you to hold him / her to those campaign promises...

Again, careful to not become consumed.

^^^^^This is the reason that Washington and Oregon are turning into lib-tard states. What's happing in these two states is the same thing that's happening in Florida and some of the southeast southern states with the New Wankers moving there and bringing their lib-tard logic!!! -Lloyd

I used to call Seattle San Francisco light, now its SF north!

Cant wait to see the AG in question loose his mind when Trump drops his new immigration EO in a day or so. Should be good for giggles. I still cannot believe how they got away with dragging business's in to the suit claiming harm because they wouldn't be able to hire good tech people? Really? That supersedes the Presidents authority to regulate immigration? What a country!

Thanks from Hobo Hilton and unkola
