Well I guess I will have to find another insurance company. Any body have any ideals for a good low cost company that will actually provide coverage.

Greg | Try Nationwide, they've always done me and my family right. You can get a added discount if you join The Farm Bureau. Don't ask me, I've no idea what that is, but I joined and it gets me a discount. I've found that most insurance companies charge roughly the same for equal coverage.

+1 on Farm Bureau. Now, I have not read my policy in a couple of years--I will next trip downstairs now, but I know they were about the only carrier in Michigan for homeowners(off topic) that did not exclude self defense as an intentional act which most do(in Michigan) thereby putting you on your own legally.

Best insurance, if you qualify, I have ever had is USAA by far. I have had them for over 20 years and have never had a problem with them.

Greg | Have you checked with USAA? They are probably not the cheapest, but their service has always been excellent. Worth a call for a quote.

I guess I'll be searching for quotes. USAA was to expensive when we were in Hawaii, but might be worth switching now.

I'll pay a little extra for USAA, best bank I've ever been with, especially since my last bank was Skank of America. And I wasn't implying that Geico was .gov owned, just that its a funny connection.

Dump Geico | And it is my understanding that the chairman of Progressive funnels millions to liberal causes and is close with Soros. Avoid them too.

I've been with Idaho Farm Bureau for about 10 years after I finally got tired of the a-holes at Allstate.
I've never had better service from an insurance company.
One policy covers the house, the outbuildings, tractor, ATV's, personal vehicles, personal firearms, fencing, up to 5 tons of hay (not kidding), farm animals, million $ liability umbrella, etc.
When I moved north from SE Idaho I sold my old gun safe rather than move it because through Farm Bureau I got a discounted price on a very nice, larger, fireproof gun safe from Heritage Safe Co. of Grace, ID. In addition to the low price for Farm Bureau members the safe would be delivered anywhere in Idaho for $100. It's about 700 miles from where I live now to Grace so that was a SCREAMIN' deal.
The bottom line - if you have Farm Bureau in your state check them out.

I take it that the vehicle in question was commercial otherwise how would they know. I think it would be better to keep the lizard ignorant, and laugh every time I use my vehicle to haul my hardware to the range

Farmers, germania, then USAA. I'm with Farmers, and coverage for 20K of guns was only $50 a year extra. I've been with them for over forty years.
A little correction, Obama is Mr. Buffets bitch.....
And also as stated by mumfomc, be very very weary of Soros........
This reply will probably put me on the Gov's watch list.
