| Something you may not know that is happening!
Who is buying companies, manufacturing guns?
For the last several years a company called The Freedom Group has been buying up gun and ammunition manufacturers. Some of the companies are Bushmaster, Marlin, Remington, DPMS, Dakota Arms and H&R. Some people worry that this Freedom Group is going to control most of the firearms companies in the United States.If you control the manufacturers you can decide to stop selling to civilians. What a perfect way to control guns.
Now if you do some digging you will see that The Freedom Group is owned by a company called Cerberus Capital Management. A very large privately owned LLC with assets of $13 billion. The company is named after the three headed dog that guards the gates to hell. [Nice touch?]
Guess who controls Cerberus? GEORGE SOROS! One of the most evil men on this planet who wants to restrict or ban all civilian guns.
Please pass this on to all your freedom loving friends. This needs to come out. Why have we not heard about this in the "mainstream" media? I would think this would be BIG news. (Soros also owns Progressive Insurance).
If you don't know who George Soros is, you need to do some research. He backed Obama with multi-millions of dollars and Obama is often characterized as a puppet on a string, controlled by Soros.

Im not sure about the soros link, but I am very concerned about so many companies being under one corporation, the saving grace is perhaps that they are 'greedy capitalists' who are more interested in money than politics, that said I am worried about that same scenario

This emailed story has made the round numerous times. It has been debunked by the NRA and others. It's not true.
There is another email making the rounds once again regarding a birth certificate.

the big concern here is not some giant anti-gun conspiracy, but has anybody noticed all the companies under them their quality went to shit? chrysler was owned by cerberus they managed to run them into the ground with mostly poor product innovation, remington, marlin, bushmaster, dpms. i refuse to buy anything from a company owned by them because the quality is so poor

With a number of "gun" companies under their ownership, they may have the lobbying power to get things done...and possibly the funds to promote inovation, consolidate reasearch, share manufacturing facilities......instead of possibly shutting down and disappearing...in the end ..it's business. I think they own Speer, Blount, Berger, ATK?(lake city production)...anybody else that can add to the list?
If the NRA say's they're GTG...and if you can't trust them, who can you trust?
