I don't believe it was a "botched" anything.
I think it was a "false flag" type event to sell those guns to guys who would use them and they would end up at crime scenes to show how our 2nd rights are hurting others "internationally" and the UN can pull jurisdiction......or whatever.....

It was deliberate. It's not the first or last time it will happen. No one will be punished or serve time for it. Eventually "they" will come up with one of these scams and pass laws to remove our 2nd.............................
