Prepare, it is coming.

"Just yesterday (Dec 7th), I was feeling all patriotic and humbled by the sacrifices our fellows-in-arms gave of at Pearl Harbor and it's aftermath. You think they would be impressed by all of this?"
I think they would be dismayed by some of this talk about " resist according to your own heart and convictions"

It is truly amazing that this administration has so many scandals, and on such a large degree. If Obama is re-elected, how can we possibly have any faith in the American people? There are so many examples, and this is just one. And his attitude is so telling. I think he fully believes that he can successfully just brush all this off, and continue as normal. It almost seems like it is an annoyance to put up with these questions, and nothing more.

Holder's response was so arrogant and dismissive it was unbelievable. I honestly think that this Administration may be even more corrupt than Nixon's or even Grant's. FDR is the only President who presided over a bigger power grab by the Executive Branch...

Since he used his people as an excuse not to pursue a civil rights voting violation, I do the same regarding his facial expression during the entire BS session and many of his people's mugshots.....
"dinnin doo nuffin"
This guy needs a long time in a prison cell, and not some easy safe time either.

Why don't Issa just ask Holder who gave the order for Fast and Furious.

If they outlaw semi-automatic rifles with an attached magazines will you offer yours up for the smelt or "resist according to your own heart and convictions"?
I know this is an extreme example, but according to the emails now being uncovered it appears that this was all a sham to pave the way for new gun legisaltion and reporting requirements for FFLS on law-aiding customers buying 2 or more rifles in a caliber exceeding .22.
Every man that feels that this is an unreasonable infringement on his natural rights must decide for himself how he will respond. Some will resist by only buying/selling privately, entirely bypassing this abomination, others may choose to do something different.
In the end, men must be guided by their own convictions regarding their own response as opposed to a collective mob mentality....heck, I've even ripped a few of those tags off the bottom of my mattresses when nobody was looking... |

Seriously though, if the past has been any indication, only one or a few noisy guys resisting the big auto-rifle collection will be quickly put down by whatever means, probably very vicious and thorough, as a demo of governmental "might". It will take massive and universal scoffing of such laws to stir the hearts and minds of the general citizenry.
Right now, there are a whole lot of AR- (and for that matter, AK-...) "style" autoloading rifles out there, marketed now by Remington, Colt & all the rest, as for example, typical deer hunting, varminting, target & deep-woodstalking rifles (Not that I find them aesthetically pleasing as a nice wood-stocked, sleek Mannlicher-Schönauer style in 6.5 X 57, (Mmmmm!!) with set triggers and a low power scope). But nonetheless, more guys and women, back from the various sandboxes, have more than a passing familiarity with these weapons, and the oldster lib mindset types, who are deathly afraid to even look at one, are in the now-fading minority.
So, to claim they are the root of all gun evil will not sell well, esp. when the Current Libby Admin is also setting free lots of Orks nowadays since they can't afford to keep 'em locked up. Especially in good old Kalifornia!
Look Out! Riot Coming Soon! Q: .223 62 gr HP: Ballistic drop @ 250 m?
