Sounds like he is a fair representation of anyone who supports gun control.

Once the political left gained control of the public schools, the rest was easy. As the school district's token Republican, he was in a position to do enormous damage to our freedoms among those most vulnerable. Like many bureaucrats who seek maximum power with minimal accountability, he eventually exceeded his limits. They'll probably rename the jail, but IMHO I would leave it "as is" as a reminder.

OR, more likely, he is simply representative of himself. I'm a M14 shooter and presumably you're an M14 shooter, but I seriously doubt we are representative of each other in terms of politics. I know it's convenient to try and label 30 million people based on the actions of one person, but I can't really think of one instance where it would be reliable, from any political spectrum.
No political party party or stripe or ideal has cornered the market on bad behavior. If we start judging everyone based on the worst members of each group, we're all in serious trouble.

One of your state senators being the worst example of such.

Kinda like defense of marriage Cain and his mistress? Or defense of marriage Gingritch and his affairs? Or defense of marriage Craig and his homosexual relationships? Or anti-drug Bush and his former cocaine habit? There's a whole lot of hypocrites in the world. I see plenty on the Right.
You don't know "MOST pro-gun control trolls" unless you can travel the speed of light zipping around meeting millions of people and evaluating their moral fiber.
If you want to point fingers at the worst examples of a group and say it represents them all, I would be really careful, because all the other side has to do is say that every school shooter, every workplace shooter, every murderer, every gang member, is representative of the non control movement.
Which is what some people do. But that's nonsense.
