I don't consider them "high capacity". I call them "normal capacity"

That's... not going to happen.

What does need have to do with it?

I want one. Constitution says I can have one. Thank you very much, Constitution. End of story.

Be careful there, Lemmy -

The Constitution does NOT say you can have one. That is exactly what the Founding Fathers knew they had to avoid. They acknowledged that GOD allows you to have one. If any man, or any man-made document GAVE you permission, then man could change his mind & revoke that permission. It is the wisdom & understanding of our forefathers that gave us our "nearly-divine" Constitution to clarify for all right-minded patriots that ALL our freedoms & liberties come from the Almighty. & only He can revoke them.

But I know that's what you meant... :)

Peace,
Matt

Thank the Lord for giving our forefathers the wisdom and insight to craft a succinct document such as our Constitution.

Thanks from Phinehas

Matt-

You're absolutely right. What the Constitution says is that the government has no business determining whether or not I need one. I should have been more clear in my language. Thank you for correcting me.

Ditto.
I consider the 20 round magazines "normal capacity", or standard capacity.

Magazine capacity is not the issue, the right to self defense is. An unarmed mob of teens sets upon you and you use a firearm, any firearm even a single shot .22 to defend yourself and shoot someone today's justice system is going to take you down. These mobs are going to get worse.

Is this the flash mob? Local LE Detective for shop lifting says teens are mobbing up to rob and harass due to no one can handle 25+ teens stealing and beating/harassing all at once.

I always called them full capacity but I like standard capacity too.

The problem is, even many gun owners do not fully understand Amendment II and why it is in our Constitution.

Thanks from Phinehas
