Favorite Crew Served Weapon?

what are your favorite crew served weapons?

as an MP we have SAWs, 240B, MK19, and M2s mounted on the hmmwvs from time to time. eventually our SAWs became Drivers' weapons so ill strike that from the list.

i would say all are fun but i kind of like the MK19 the best. i know, i know, im supposed to love the Ma Deuce but ive had a couple cook off in the faces of friends and i dont much care for it although i can shoot it well. the 240B is awesome but i think its a bit small up there altough more than effective.

Boeing Minuteman III ICBM with 3 mk12a bombs consisting of a 170 kilo tons of power each. Who needs MOA when you have CEP!

Thanks from guitarguy774 and russ0861

My favorite would have to be the 16"/50cal. naval cannon as carried in triple mounts by the N. Carolina, and Iowa Class Battleships. Also the same guns in the twin-gun equipped turrets of the older Maryland Class battleships.

These beauties were capable of firing nuclear warheads, as well as HE and APHE.

I was hoping somebody would mention the Quad 50, had the pleasure of burning out several barrels behind one mounted on a Half track while on Kogi Do Island off Korea as a guard at the POW camp there. Looked like someone blew up a Turkey farm. Art

That is an excellent choice! I've been a fan of the ol' Dreadnought's since I was a kid building models....if the Iowa class Battleships had been back in service when I graduated High School, I would have enlisted in the Navy instead of the Army.

JR's little pop guns are nice...

...but m1a shooter is a little closer to the mark. My faves include things that fly faster than bullets and deliver firepower measured in kilotons.

The crew served weapon that I personally have used, and have a lot of experience with is the ol' M60 machinegun....I suppose that would be my favorite.
