Huge weapons stash raided
Looks like they picked up quite a haul of guns and weapons around Spain recently .
Thousands of rifles , including a lot of Spanish Mausers & Cetmes ,
even a few rare model A's and B's and the 5.56 Cetme -L's
A seldom seen Spanish CB52 assault rifle prototype , some of this stuff really should be in a museum.. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-39264664
The very 1st part of the video that's part of the post below is in Spanish so if that annoys you,
just fast forward to 1:30 to see how big this haul really is...
The fate of the "cache" concerns me, especially since quite a few of those weapons really do belong in museums and collections where they can be appreciated for their history and where people can learn from and study them.
Actually 10,000 firearms is not a large amount if a revolution is planned, but would serve well for those sneaky terrorists distributed throughout Spain, France, etc., etc. Keep in mind that any nation that still holds with a King/Queen as head of the nation is likely to experience an upheaval by the populace in their future and Northern Spain has been struggling with the government for decades, who knows? Spain has been a conduit for Islamic armies since the 700's attempting to overtake rest of Europe, especially France.
Battle of Tours in 732 stopped the major influx of Islamic armies and it is said that if that had not occurred we in Europe and the West would be speaking Arabic today. Old saying that "in 732 at the Battle of Tours, Charles Martell defeated the Moors..."
