It could be a FR7 or 8 has been shot enough the chamber is stretched slightly so a 308WIN will fit. No question on whether the actions will handle the pressures.

Thanks for all the info. I don't think I will get an FR 7 because I did an internet search last night and there were none. So it looks like I will try to find an FR8. Saw some in the 4 to 5 hundred dollor range.
