awe man, thanks for posting. i love "corny" videos. too many boring vids of lame dead peters with their guns now-days. i love the music! and shooting in the cold weather.......yeah man, that was the cherry on top. this vid makes me want to see a whole series of soviet rifles. you have to do the SKS next. a SVT-40 video is a long shot, but that video would look sweet with your direction style. im so glad the archaic empire of the USSR is a thing of the past. it makes it ok now to revel in their aesthetic and style. i love Mosins. its like shooting a 30-06 but with out breaking the bank. i have a 1891 model.....but watching your video, i need one of those slings and some stripper clips. where can i get??? and i noticed the ammo pouches too. very cool. |

Thanks for the comments. Charlene, very jealous of your 1891...mine is a 1941 :-( The sling/puches came with the rifle when I bought it. As far as I know, all shops sell the Mosin's/SKS's with the pouches and sling and bayonet. I bought the stripper clips off of amazon.com, couldnt tell you the name of the seller, but it was one of the many selling them. I would not recommend the US made strippers though, the ones I have are utter crap and do not properly feed into the magazine. I need to loosen them up a bit. Oh, and as for the SVT-40...thats a very good possibility :D But I think maybe AK-47/WASR will be next :-) |

Dasvidaniya Comrade! I enjoyed watching you shoot your Nagant off of your back deck, at the National Socialist invaders of Mother Russia as they were trying to outflank your position. 7th |
