Ontario SPAX?

Greetings,

My brother and I were discussing the optimum tool to use for emergency vehicle/building/barricade ingress/egress. He ended up getting one of these for his car bag:

Seems to be a pretty heavy duty tool that should get the above tasks done. I'm still on the fence. Any of you have experience with them? Thanks!

This is as tough as nails, I hacked through a 4x4 post for fun with it, saw back cuts well too, only thing I really dont like is the sheath, it kind of jukie.
