Where does this go?

Don't know where you put bolt actions, but I put it here because I got a new companion piece for My JAE M1A scout tonight --

Remington 700 JAE stock arrived tonight (I ordered it the day they announced they were making it)

The Coyote brown with Dark Earth Accessories. The Coyote Brown was a dead nuts match for my Remington Custom Shop 700 and the finish on the massive U.S. Optics SN-3 3.5-22X

and a GREAT Companion piece to my Springfield M1A Scout in its Gen II JAE with the same color combo --

BTW , way lighter than the M1a, same f'ing great ergonomics -- five seconds to install -- I am so happy...

Thanks from stoky

Takes AI magazines - adjustable collet system in magwell allows you to adjust the fit.

$2500 without optics from the Remington Custom Shop. Came coyote Brown with Surefire installed, blue printed action -- 1/2 MOA gun.

its a beautiful set up, one question why spend $ on the quick detach on the cheek piece if no iron sights?

Stock was $799 plus $300 for Cheek piece and $60 for butt pad and another hundred for spacers and such.

But they have a "SHOT Show special" on right now until January 31, 2012. 12% off stock and accessories

And active duty LE/Mil?Firefighter get another 5% off THAT.

I priced all the M700 Chassis systems at the SHOT show and all were at least a grand. The AI AX chassis is $1300+ and the Eberlestock Stealth is $1800 so the JAE is affordable AND feels like you're shooing a rifle.

Total weight of above gun with that scope and magazine and TangoDown bipod is 17 pounds. I didn't get to weight it without scope before it went to get custom pelican foam cut. Will have it back Saturday.

Very nice, but I still favor the one on top.

Nice rifles, thanks for sharing. Now you just gave me a desire for another bolt gun.
