6.5x47 lapua build ?

hey guys need some info , building an M40A5 in 6.5x47 mm lapua . using badger ordnance m2008 action, a5 stock , Schneider barrel . wondering if any one has used this caliber and any recomendations for powder and primer usage. i have about 7 lbs of h4895 so i need to see if i can use that . thanks guys

Sorry I can't assist with load recommendations but that cartridge sounds first rate, a very thoughtful choice for a discriminating shooter.

I'll bet I'd be testing series of handloads using H4895 with the various weights of .264" diameter bullets on the market. H4895 would have to be a top choice. It's burning rate ought to be optimum for a cartridge of that capacity, using the bullets on the heavier end of the weight range available for that bore diameter.
