I learned besides supply you need to make a friend at S-1, your paperwork and records are always getting screwed up. I learned never to turn around when someone yells "Hey You"

I learned that if you meet some skinny, wrinkled old officer in fatigues, . . . and he's got a eagle with spread wings as a collar device, . . . you don't salute and say "Good morning, Captain."

We did that in the Navy

May God bless,
Dwight

I learned to never volunteer for anything. I remember once we were asked who would like to escort a slender blonde around the area. One of the guys volunteered, only to be handed a broom and told to sweep.

The lost art of Research is doing great...

I learned I could be a section chief on a 8" self-propelled howitzer gun crew for riot control around universities.

I learned to never never call your rifle a gun. After 42 years, I still don't.
Never tell your Sergeant you don't have anything to do.

Ok...

I'm Gonna Bite...

What's the Rest of the Story?

Did It Just 'Pi** Him Off'?

I Know WE had to Pay For One That 'Accidentally Got Shot', and Therefore We Tried to Eat It...

But I Sense There's a 'Story' Here to be told...
