I believe the psych test would help select individuals who are highly self-motivated and can work alone/with spotter for extended periods with little to no support. But I'm just spit-balling.

Thanks from GARRARD and Whatsinaname181

I think it's actually the opposite if anything, or what mjackson said

And congrats, and good luck! We need more trained snipers in the Army.
Better try a landscaping company or tree nursery for burlap. Almost all feed bags are either paper, or woven poly these days, burlap is long gone.

ok that makes sense RE the psych, cool!

Wal-Mart carries burlap in 3 colors in the crafts/fabric section, you get like a yard for a buck or something

Psych evaluations certainly have a place in many situations.
Think submarines or astronauts.
There is a pretty exhaustive battery of tests for SF,
Why train somebody at great cost for a unique job and find they cannot handle it.

While snipers are all the rage, today, one wonders about the motivation to become one.

After WW1, the public and military took a dim view of the type individual who would do such a job.
My grandfathers mentioned them with great derision.
We entered WW2 with a lack of them as a result.
Takes all kinds.
