I’m sorry to have to let you know but the NAVY did have stress cards, and as far as I know still dose sad I know. Now to the females with beards, try doing a uniform inspection and them having a decently thick mustache and facial hair. I failed her and had to find a different second class that was a female to have a little talk to her. I didn’t feel it would be in my best interest to talk to her about it. If I did have to talk to her about it I would have said you need to shave and that would have been about it, and them I’m sure she would have ran off to some chief, and told him I told her to shave, then he would have chewed my ass and told me I needed to be politer about it.
You know thinking about it the upper enlisted had no problem chewing out those of us who had been in for some time but the new shits they handled with little kiddie gloves, thinking about it kind of pisses me off but o well.

Not exactly. Out of all the Jewish chaplains, or any chaplains of any faith, he is the only one afforded that privelege, which I would contend renders it special treatment. Aside from symbols of faith worn, chaplains are supposed to be treated the same.
