Thumbs up Try this............

69 grain Sierra MK HPBT, 24 grains H335, CCI primer, Win case.

Shoots inside a quarter all day at 100 yards thru a Savage 110 Tactical .223 heavy barrel 1/9 twist.

I use a 75 grn amax in my savage .223 10fp 25.5 grains varget loaded to .005 off the lands I get about 1/2 inch groups with ease and around 3050-3100 fps.**compressed load**

FWIW, I had a 1/9 pistol that wouldn't stabilize Hornady 75's to the point where they would keyhole at 25 yards.

I tried trimming some down to the same length as a Sierra 69 with a Tubb Meplat trimmer. Ended up weighing 74.1 grs with a pretty big hollow point and stabilized fine at 200.

I don't know about that. I have a 1/9 rifle that shoots 68's pretty well. In fact I have shot 64gr Tracer rounds with no issue. Those rounds are longer than any 77gr. They may not be ideal but they aren't key holing at 200 yds. Every barrel is different.
