Precision load test for a friend.

This is being done for chronograph tests only using like rifles.

After getting specific recipe from my friend along with desired bullet jump, it is time to select exact components to duplicate load. Powder, brass, primer and bullet.

Powder charge.

Seat bullets.

Set precision die to desired CBTO to allow recipe bullet jump.

Check as loading progresses.

Mission accomplished. Now wait for the dang rain to stop so I can go outside an do the chrono tests.

Ahh, I see you got the pad to yourself! That explains why the furniture is moved and the 27 m14s in the middle of your living room floor. Lmao!

Not sure, I am going elk hunting so that kinda cut into the vacation days from work. But even so I usually go jump in the lake for a weekend if I don't have vac days left. So I'll most likely go for a Saturday at least.

I'll make it work. I would love to get to shoot, but that usually means I need paid time off.

I was out today looking at the new pallets I set up at work to zero my new scope... Bit hairy but may even get to 800 meters some day.

Great job Nf1e!

Art, was, and have been, looking at my old starting load data and found a note that read: (10 Dot days) 39/41 grains H4895 with 168/175 #34 primers.

Thanks from nf1e

I have a stack of the 20 dot targets just waiting to get punched.
When the weather clears I may just work at it again.
Folks seem to have lost interest.

Got out and did the test for my friend today. With my LRB M25 at 150 yds we made a decent 5 rnd group.
