And they are good people, I phoned to ask about an order during the last O'bummer gun scare , and they said they were very sorry for the delay and would send it asap ... I told them "I wasn't in any rush at I just wanted to makle sure they got the order" .... It showed up within in the week, with about 100 extra stripper clips and 5 mag spoons ! The enclosed note said thanks for being patient !

I'd give 'em a try... at the very worse they will still outshoot ball ammo by a mile.

I guess I spoke to soon about how great polygunbag was.....

So I usually keep pretty quiet about retailers but I am kind of annoyed.

I made an order with polygunbag on Monday around 10am eastern time. Even spoke with the owner and he talked me into buying double the amount of 175SMK that I was going to buy and gave me a cheaper price. I was like great! Over all nice people, they hooked me up with cheap shipping and I was like cool.

Fast forward a couple days to Thursday afternoon. I have no package on my doorstep, and have not seen or received a tracking notification yet. I call them (it was around 3pm) and I inquire about my order. The young lady who answers the phone looks up my order and see's the receipt, but I can tell she was like "ugghhhh...." when she could not find the shipping paperwork. She then asks me to hold on a moment and I am put on hold. She goes I guess to the work area and comes back a few minutes later and says "your order was on the bench but we were waiting for Blah blah to come in because we did not want to get your brass mixed up". Automatically I know she is BS'ing me because how can you mix up IMI and IVI brass...??? I go along with it however and am like okay. She says it will be shipped tomorrow. About half an hour later I get a shipping notification, and then yesterday I see where it shipped. It is now supposed to get here next week. I am just annoyed and irritated. I know a member here ordered the same day I did, and had his order filled that day and it went out that day also.

All of the good will that they built up by cutting me a deal on 500ct of projectiles went out the door when they fail to fill my order, let alone ship it in a timely fashion. When I spend nearly $300 at your company, I expect decent service.

In short:

Spent nearly $300 with a this company,
They forgot my order (obviously)
Ship it the next day after I call them and ask about where my stuff is, and do not even speed up the shipping
Will see if they put a note in the box or throw in something extra? (not holding my breath though

I would be pissed to. They had better put something extra in there to make it even. That is total Bull crap how they treated you.

I ordered 500 LC once fired cases and 500 M80 bullets from them and it shipped in 2 days. That sucks you did not get treated the same. And you spent way more money then me!

I just received the 1000 once fired mixed headstamp (1/2 LC, the other 1/2 is mostly SBS and WCC with a smattering of other stamps) brass from them for $130 + $18 shipping. $148 for a 1000 once fired is pretty good in my book and they even clean their brass unlike the last place I ordered from that cost $190 for 1k. I am sorry yours was delayed, but it seemed to work out for me. I would buy from them again.

So you want something 'free' or an 'apology' because you had to wait a day over a week to receive an order? Makes perfect sense to me.

You stated that they lost your order. Maybe she just was looking up your order with other individuals orders.

Why did you let yourself get 'talked' into buying more?

Sorry, I own a business and spend a lot of time trying to make people happy. Some people I can't. I can't fault a retailer for not 'shipping faster' or giving 'gifts' because of a customers subjective opinion about something being lost or taking a sales pitch.

Rant over.

I did a loose sort of the 175 SMK projectiles. Pulled 30-40 that had very deep to deep gouge marks. Many others have light abrasion marks on them but are not horrible.

I have done a quick visual inspection on the brass and so far it seems good. We have a four day weekend this weekend so I am going to start working up loads with them and will let you all know how it performs.

That being said I would get brass from them again based on quality.

However you can find some damn good deals on SMK 175 grain out there that will be 100% quality and you wont have all of the blemishes.
