What are mag rebuild kits going for? I'm looking at original USGI followers and floor plates, with aftermarket (8 coil) springs.

3 rivots under the follower. I believe that was USGI spec. Just got them so have not had a chance to go the the mag book for identification.

What does that mean "no price threads"? I'm not a forum guru; trying to learn the lingo.

You are basically not allowed to ask folks to give you a dollar value on things. Its viewed as generally unfair to everyone to speculate as values can be subjective on things like used items. If someone can cite a direct retail price from a specific retailer/give a link, that sort of thing is fair.

You would do better to make an offer in the BX or PX, or ask someone to point you toward a retailer. Sorry I can't do that as I have not ever purchased any kits myself.

I didn't know anyone else sold repair kits but 44mag.com

oh your in NM... so you genuinely want to repair a magazine.

44mag.com sells "repair kits" which is just a disassembled magazine.

you may be better off looking to buy just the individual parts, I'm sorry i have never searched for that before.

I would imagine brownells can fix ya up here in a couple years when everything dies down.
