Anyone got a good source for Rooskie 7.62 or 5.45?

I'm finally getting into the AK game, before it's too late. Corrossive 1080 rd cans of 5.45 are available but of course, I'm getting in too late yet again, and they are no longer what I'd call "cheap".

anyone have a good source they'd like to share? Hmmm? Prithy?

I've bought my last (also the first) couple of cases of 7.62X39 from Sportsman's Guide. With the discount coupons/free shipping, etc. both were around $200 per thousand rounds shipped. This was Wolf ammo.

Around $200 was $208 for one and $196 for the other.

To make up for it, try aimsurplus.com. They may have some in stock at good prices.

I got some 5.45 from AIM but apparently the days of $106/1080 cans are gone. It ended up being close to .20/rd for CORROSIVE RUSSIAN SURPLUS. As usual, I missed out on the glory days.

I'll swing by gunnies, thanks.

Gallenson's in Salt Lake usually has some for decent prices. Watch KSL this month, they usually advertise a sale in Dec. on bulk ammo purchases.
