Vos Parate

I ordered a case of Malaysian from Ammoman on 2/4. There was a 3% discount that ended on Sunday night. My order arrived on 2/10. Quick service.

The Malaysian came in a luan type wood crate with three sealed 30 cal ammo cans. The head stamp is 82.

Each ammo can contains 300 rounds in seven 40 round boxes and one 20 round box. The cardboard seems to have a waxy surface. The rounds were bright and shiny. I look forward to putting a few rounds down range. Too bad there is 2-4 inches of snow in tomorrow's forecast.

If you really want some relatively inexpensive match ammo, pull the MilSurps slugs out of the 82 Malaysian and drop the 135 SMKs or 155s in their place and you got yourself ammo comparable in accuracy to any commercial match ammo out there. Given the choice I'll use the 135 SMKs.

I am down to the last can of the case I bought, most of the ammo used up were push pulled and sub with 135s or 155s and I won local reduced course matches with that ammo.
