I think the tail flash was LN (48th FW, RAF Lakenheath, England). Not sure what model it was, though. Methinks that Winnie got set-up by his buds!

It was a F-15C, 493d FS

I think he violated his tech data. QA must have loved that, or at least the other crew chiefs and the expediter. It makes me missing crewing F-15s, and our constant run ins with the SPs. If was wearing his line badge, he'd probably be alright by them, but I'm sure maintainance supervision chewed him out pretty good. At least that was SOP at Elmendorf and Mountain Home

I actually deployed with a couple of the SF in this video. It was a setup, obviously, for the video. Lord knows we all get bored as sin on the flightline.
