Marksmenship skills are for Suckas!

Laser guided ammo. What was once mediocre 1980's sci-fi becomes reality. It's an amazing era in which we live. I'm starting to feel old.

Hardly. Given the DoD pipeline, we're years away from deployment once the thing goes to production. Frankly, take a look back at military operations, you'll find things like the French and US Military in Vietnam, Brits in several countries like Burma and so on, where military might and better arms didn't win.

If you trust your life to technology, then this bullet system is perfect. Personally, I prefer rifleman skills.

I'll take a well trained Marine and his rifle over some piece of useless equipment that will let you down when it counts.

No Thanks!

Yep. If we ever get into a real defend-the-US shooting situation, the rate at which these high tech systems fail will be unbelievable.
They are expensive, complicated, and key components/assemblies are manufactured offshore.
We'll have to finish up the old fashioned way.
Please, don't forget how to navigate with a compass and map.
