Check-Mate Mag Issue

Bought 5 of the CM20's in November, got out to the range on Mon 1/16 with 2 of them and neither did a very good job of holding the bolt back on last round, and bolt slams shut when empty mag is removed, I suspect the other 3 still NIW are no better. This doesn't happen with my other mix of old USGI/China/ After-market magazines.

Is there a fix for this? I've resurrected 2 other threads on the issue, sent 44MAG.com a message 2 days ago, they've yet to respond...

44Mag has been closed for the 2017 Shot Show (as noted on our website and in the autoresponder response to your email). If your rifle is releasing the bolt when magazine is removed that can be an issue with the rifle of the magazine. Manufacturing issues with CMI magazines are extremely rare but can happen. We will certainly resolve any issues that crop up for our customers. Returns should be made following the instructions at 44mag.com/returns.

It's not the rifle...I have several other magazines that work fine, the CMI magazines do not, has Check-Mate fixed the issue?

It's not the rifle...I have several other magazines that work fine, the CMI magazines do not, basically your blowing smoke up my ass and telling me to send it back to Check-Mate Manufacturer on my dime (Per your Email)...OK, long as I get a full refund...Won't buy or recommend again.
One thing you could do is buy some vintage USGI mag followers and I'll bet that would solve the problem.

Thanks from Gen Jack Ripper

Your more than likely right! I Just sat one of my BRW beside the CMI on a flat surface, put a steel rule across the top of follower's stops. Guess which one is shorter and more rounded on the edges?
